This Privacy Policy explains what information Techqio (https://techqio.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Comments
When you leave a comment, I collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public next to your comment.
Media
If you upload images to this website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies last for one year.
If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie is set to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is removed when you close your browser.
When you log in, cookies are set to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login lasts for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is saved in your browser. It contains no personal data and simply records the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, and articles. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that website.

Who I share your data with
I do not sell your personal information. As described above, information collected through cookies may be processed by Google for analytics and advertising. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
How long I keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This lets me recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.
For users who register on the website, I also store the personal information provided in their user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except for their username. Site administrators can also see and edit that information.
Your rights over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that I delete any personal data I hold about you. This does not include data I am required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Children’s privacy
Techqio is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information on this site, please contact me and I will delete it.
