About Techqio

Techqio covers what’s new in tech and helps you figure out which product is actually worth buying.

I follow the stories that shape the gadgets you use every day: new AI models, the chips that power them, robots and physical AI, self-driving cars and EVs. Then I turn to the devices themselves, comparing laptops, tablets, smartphones, earbuds, and accessories side by side so you can see the real differences in specs, features, and price.

Who’s behind Techqio

I’m Willi, a tech blogger based in Seoul, South Korea. I’ve been running a tech blog since 2020 and have published more than 2,600 articles on my Korean blog. Techqio brings that same coverage to English-speaking readers.

Being based in Korea gives me a close view of companies like Samsung, SK hynix, LG, and Hyundai, and of tech trends across Asia that often reach the US months later.

How I write

  • Facts first. I check specs, prices, and release dates against official sources before publishing.
  • Clear comparisons. When I compare two products, I focus on the differences that matter for real use, not just numbers on a spec sheet.
